As the crypto landscape continues to evolve, so too do the regulatory standards governing its promotion and use. Since October 8, 2023, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has mandated a number of rules that will apply to the promotion of cryptoassets in the UK.

Any cryptoasset promotion issued in the UK, however communicated, will need to be fair, clear and not misleading and include relevant risk warnings that are specific to the cryptoassets being promoted.
